Job Responsibilities:
- Operate laser welding equipment to join aluminum frames.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
- Perform weld inspections to ensure accuracy, strength, and adherence to quality standards.
- Set up, adjust, and maintain laser welding machines for optimal performance.
- Work with various thicknesses of aluminum, ensuring proper heat settings and weld penetration.
- Identify and troubleshoot welding defects and make necessary corrections.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with the production and quality control teams to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in welding aluminum frames (preferred, but willing to train).
- Familiarity with metal fabrication, CNC machines, or automated welding systems is an asset.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic knowledge of heat control, distortion prevention, and aluminum welding techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
