Role Overview
We will be hiring a general labourer to help with our installations and crews.
This role will help with resurfacing repairs, prep work, material pickup and deliveries, power washes, and other supportive tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Troweller
- Apply resurfacing materials to driveways, patios, and other surfaces using hand trowels and tools.
- Ensure proper levelling, smoothing, and adhesion of materials.
- Perform vertical applications when required.
- Follow all installation techniques and specifications for each product.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace during installs.
- Assist with site setup and cleanup before and after each job.
- Identify and report any surface or substrate issues to the Install Lead.
Mixer
- Measure and mix binders, chemicals, and resurfacing materials according to product guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and quality in every batch of mixed product.
- Maintain a clean and organized mixing area.
- Handle and store chemicals and materials safely and responsibly.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials at the job site.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
Labourer
- Prep sites prior to installation
- Power wash job sites prior to installations
- Pick up materials and deliver to sites and crews as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, concrete work, material mixing (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and timing.
- Understanding of material safety and handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing ratios.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team setting.
