As Offer Coordinator you will facility the successful offer implementations onto the Ampli app including the offer creation, maintenance & quality assurance. You will be interacting with our partners using multiple digital channels. As a subject Matter expert you will consistently look for ways to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the product, operations processes, and experience for members. You must be comfortable wearing multiple hats and collaborating among teammates across many functions. The Ampli Operations Team is considered an agile environment and so candidates with great problem-solving capabilities along with strong attention-to-detail will be well suited for this role.
What will you do?
Accountable for the successful execution of Ampli offers as it pertains to offer creation, maintenance and quality assurance on the platform
Works with multiple stakeholders including Product, Partnerships, Marketing, Legal and Design
Primary Operations lead for Ampli offers, development and accountability for new procedures and training related to the deployment of the initiative
Ability to source the correct information for offers using technical solutions such as Salesforce
Strong attention to detail, cross-referencing data sources and having a final review of the offer before it goes live on the Ampli app
Maintain a high level of quality assurance with the ability to communicate in a friendly, professional manner
Manage Offers through their entire offer lifecycle
Participate in daily standups and meetings on trends, common inquiries, etc.
Analyze and report on key metrics of offer management
Consistently look for ways to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the product, operations processes, and experience for members
Liaise with the Operations team to implement efficiencies and opportunities to serve the needs of our team
What do you need to succeed?
3+ years’ experience in an operations role
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
Comfortable leveraging technology and learning new applications
Self-starter, thinker in action, a planner and a doer; always a team player
Great verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate across multiple stakeholders across a large organization
Experience and success in both small startup environments and large organizations
Experience working or holding strong interests within the cash back rebates industry
Experience with data comparison
Familiarity with Salesforce
