The Role: Do you enjoy travel in your work schedule? The BILINGUAL (French/English) Project Coordinator role is responsible for completing the New Customer Implementation for our software which involves interacting directly and continuously with our customers to perform product installations and training. The Project Coordinator organizes and manages our Install teams at the dealerships for our customers’ initial week utilizing our software in a live environment. They will provide ongoing feedback to our in-house teams for process improvements to ease the transition for our end users mostly in QUEBEC.

Job Responsabilities: Document organization for install and projects Data entry for project management budget tracking and related install info Electronic document submission Provide support to internal and external clients Administrative assistant to Director, Project Management Job Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both FRENCH (MANDATORY) and English Available to TRAVEL a minimum of two (2) weeks per month (Mainly Quebec) Exceptional organizational and time management skills Customer focus / Excellent Customer Service skills Solid computer knowledge. Microsoft Office Suite 1-2 years’ experience in software support or project management Problem Solving & Trouble Shooting Skills Scttrong Documentation Abilities Strong Multi-tasking & Prioritization Willingness to commitment to an ongoing system of education and cross-training.
