We’re Hiring – Dessert Shop Supervisor (Full-Time / Part-Time)
We’re a fast-growing dessert brand looking for an experienced and motivated Dessert Shop Manager to lead our branch.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shop operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage staff schedules, training, and inventory
- Maintain high standards of product quality and customer service
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
Requirements:
- Fluent in English required (Mandarin is a bonus)
- Previous retail or food service management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational procedures
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
Location: Toronto, ON M4N2L4 / North York, ON M2N7L4
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
