Your day-to-day
- Processing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, including but not limited to invoice processing, payment scheduling & customer billing.
- Follow-up with customers on any overdue billing.
- Reconcile bank & credit card statements.
- Conduct commission income analysis across the company.
- General ledger maintenance and assist in preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Assist the CFO with any additional tasks regarding company finances as necessary.
What we’re asking you for
- 2-4 years of experience within a similar role, with this level of experience in both AP & AR functions required.
- A proven history of working independently with little oversight.
- Excel in both written & spoken English.
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, especially in Excel.
- Excellent people skills.
- Knowledge on general bookkeeping functions and preparation of Financial statements.
- Basic knowledge in AI will be an added advantage.
- A diploma or degree in accounting is an asset.

The Final Details:
Working hours for this role will be 8AM-4PM PST Monday-Friday. The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
