We are hiring Experienced Residential Framers/Carpenters & Lead Hand Subcontractors with a minimum of 3-5+ years experience.
We are looking for highly experienced Subcontracting Carpenters/Framers, to join our projects, and are open to 'Apprentice level/experienced' individuals who want to subcontract and start their Framing career path.
Responsibilities, Duties, and Requirements may include but are not limited to;
- 2-5+ years experience in Residential Framing/Carpentry.
- Knowledge or Experience in the framing processes (windows, doors, roof/trusses, sheeting, walls, layout, stairs, garages, etc..)
- Fluent with Blueprints/Plans
- MUST HAVE reliable Transportation as there is no transit to our projects in new developments.
- Carrying, moving, organizing lumber (must be able to carry at least 50 lbs)
- Measuring, marking, cutting lumber according to Blueprint specs
- Able to work with little to no supervision.
- Erect scaffolding and ladders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Working knowledge of methods, techniques and equipment required.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Full Carpentry pouch and basic tools

Pay: $27.00-$40.00 per hour
