Carpenter / Renovation Specialist
She Flipped Renovations is looking for a reliable and motivated Carpenter/Renovation Specialist to join our growing team. We specialize in apartment and townhome turnover projects, suite restorations, and residential renovations for property management companies, with a significant amount of our current work located in Edmonton and Red Deer.

Responsibilities
Because every project is different, applicants should be comfortable performing a variety of renovation tasks. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Demolition and site preparation.
Luxury vinyl plank (LVP), and occasional carpet installation.
Stair finishing, including LVP stair treads and risers, metal stair nosing.
Subfloor repairs, underlayment installation, and minor floor preparation.
Installation of baseboards, and casing.
Interior and exterior door installation.
Installation of laminate countertops, vanities, cabinetry, hardware, and other finishing components.
Drywall installation, repairs, mudding, taping, sanding, texturing, and finishing.
Insulation replacement and vapour barrier repairs.
Moisture damage restoration and general restoration work.
Preparation and painting of walls, ceilings, doors, trim, cabinets, and closets.
Cabinet refinishing and bathtub refinishing as required.
Kitchen and bathroom renovations and repairs.
Minor framing, backing, and general carpentry repairs.
General maintenance repairs and finishing work as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Deliver quality workmanship while meeting project schedules.
Qualifications
Experience in residential renovations and finish carpentry preferred.
Experience with flooring, painting, drywall, trim, and general renovations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Physically capable of lifting materials and performing construction work.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Requirements
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Own basic hand and power tools preferred.
Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects, particularly to Red Deer.
Ability to work occasional overnight stays when required for larger out-of-town projects.
