McCoy’s Decorating – Painting Muskoka Since 1988
McCoy’s Decorating is looking to hire painters and painter helpers for the 2026 season.
We are an established Muskoka painting company with over 38 years in business, working on everything from luxury lakefront cottages and boathouses to residential homes and commercial projects throughout the region.
We also operate a fully equipped finishing shop in Bracebridge specializing in pre-finishing siding, trim, doors, ceilings, cabinetry and more.
What We Offer

Starting wage:
- From $22/hour for inexperienced applicants
- Higher wages based on experience and skill level
Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior painting and staining
- Surface preparation including sanding, scraping, caulking and filling
- Spray shop pre-finishing work
- Working safely on ladders and scaffolding
- Maintaining clean and professional job sites
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willing to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working at heights
- Previous painting experience is an asset but not required
- Valid driver’s licence is a bonus
- Must have transportation to our Bracebridge shop each morning
