We're looking for an organized, dependable Administrative Operations Coordinator who enjoys bringing structure to busy days, following established systems, and helping our team stay organized.
This is not a reception role.
This is not a management role.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in keeping recurring administrative work accurate, organized, and completed on time.
About the Role
You'll support the day-to-day administrative operations of Creative Roots by coordinating recurring workflows across several areas of the business.
Your work will help ensure:
- Employee onboarding is completed smoothly
- Payroll information is accurate and submitted on time
- Client inquiries are responded to promptly
- Sales leads are routed appropriately
- Documentation stays organized and up to date
- Managers aren't chasing recurring administrative tasks
- Important details don't fall through the cracks
You'll work closely with our Operations & Systems Lead, department managers, and office team to help keep the business running smoothly.
Success in this role comes from consistency, organization, communication, and reliable follow-through.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone with experience in an administrative, office coordination, customer service, payroll support, bookkeeping support, HR administration, or similar role.
You should have:
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Professional, dependable work habits
- Confidence learning new software and systems
Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM software, payroll systems, QuickBooks, or HR administration is considered an asset.
Experience in landscaping is not required.
