Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Mechanic to join our team. You will be performing routine maintenance to complicated diagnostic and electrical repairs on vehicles. We are a very busy small shop and are looking to add the right person to our team. Must have a valid drivers license. Must have a Journeyman/woman ticket.
Duties
- You will need to be able to replace suspension components, transmission and engine repairs, electrical repairs, ect.
- Keep a clean and tidy work space
- Be able to help the apprentices if they require
- Be able to use complex tools to diagnose issues (scanners, multimeter, lab scope...)
- Work overtime when necessary
Skills
- Proven journeyperson certification
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as wiring diagrams accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of workmanship
Pay: $35.00-$55.23 per hour
