We're now seeking a dynamic, experienced Operations Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of hotel operations.
Job Summary:
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the hotel. This includes leading all departments, maximizing profitability, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, strategic, and passionate about hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Lead, coach, and develop department manager and staff to ensure high performance and morale.
- Monitor financial performance and drive revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and address guest feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements to ensure profitability.
- Maintain compliance with brand standards, local laws, and safety regulations.
- Build relationships with local businesses, vendors, and community partners.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Operations Manager or Front Office Supervisor in a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of hotel operations, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Property Hub, or similar) is required.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
