Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Painter to join our painting and restoration team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and commercial painting, and experience with the use of various hand and power tools. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects that require precision, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Candidates should possess painting experience and a commitment to delivering high-quality results while maintaining safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming prior to painting.
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, spray equipment, and other tools.
- Operate rigging equipment and scaffolding safely for high or hard-to-reach areas.
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently for surface preparation and finishing tasks.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean work environment during and after project completion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction painting, residential painting, commercial painting.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy materials and working at heights when necessary.

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
