What You’ll Do
The Jr. Service Technician is responsible for providing both in-house Customer Service and Repairs for Fortress Technology inspections systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Inspection systems repairs and wiring
- Perform Inspection System Quality Control Inspections
- Provide In-House Customer Service (answering phone calls, emails, queries)
- Assist with Repair Evaluations and Product Testing (repairs and reports)
- Other duties as assigned
Working Conditions:
- Production and repairs facility environments
Academic/Educational Requirements:
- Electronics Technologist or Electro-Mechanical Diploma

✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
✔ Organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented
✔ A motivated, energetic self-starter with a professional attitude
