DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists Operations Manager & Project Managers in project scopes and objectives.
- Maintains Client engagement through regular reporting and communications.
- Manages and protects the project scope by regularly comparing Client requests and the work of team, against established scope, budget, and schedule.
- Ensures adequate review by team, both internal and external, are conducted to minimize potential risks.
- Orders all required materials and equipment pertaining to the specific project.
- Participates in regular team meetings to ensure project maintains focus and priorities throughout the entire lifecycle of the project.
- Shares project plans with architects, clients, other staff members
- Tracks project performance, specially to analyze the completion of short and long-term goals.
- Liaises with supervisors, field workers, management, and general contractors on an ongoing basis to document successes and required adjustments.
- Arranges correct number of specifically skilled employees to be working with highest functionality at specified project sites.
- Coordinates all required materials and accommodations for project and jobsites – hotel rooms, transportation, board cheques, equipment, portable washrooms etc.
- Coordinates all required safety certifications and Personal Protective Equipment to meet legislative requirements.
- Coordinates with Health & Safety Officer to arrange stop in inspections and safety materials i.e., safety talks, equipment inspection forms and JSA’s (Job Safety Analysis).
- Develops all safety binder requirements. Liaises with the Safety Officer for rescue plans, maps to closest hospital and emergency service information, esp. for secluded locations.
- Shares all information with AR & AP for project billings and payments.
- Participates in regular team meetings to ensure project maintains focus and priorities throughout the entire lifecycle of the project.
- Ensures that deliverables represent the best value for the client, are produced to a high standard.
- Ensure all closeout documentation (Manuals, certificates, training documentation, etc.) are completed and provided to Client, where required.

Compensation: Starting rate of $23.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
