Job Summary
Join our team as a Subway Sandwich Artist, where you'll be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious, fresh sandwiches. This role involves preparing food according to company standards, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. Duties
- Prepare sandwiches and salads following Subway recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the Micros POS system for order processing, cash handling, and transaction management.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and food preparation areas in compliance with food safety guidelines.
- Handle food safely by following proper handling procedures and sanitation practices.
- Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts.
- Assist in opening or closing duties as assigned, including cleaning and inventory checks.
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred. Also food safe certification mandatory.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar is a plus.
- Experience in cashiering, cashier handling, or restaurant environments demonstrates strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions is advantageous.
- Candidates with restaurant experience or background in the food industry will adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills combined with excellent customer service abilities are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $18.25-$18.26 per hour
