Job description
General Contractor is seeking Carpenter Apprentice with a level 1 or 2 training or experience. Our project scope ranges from high-end residential renovations to custom new home construction.
This full-time position is available for individuals that are enthusiastic about the trade and have a strong work ethic.
- You must possess a good understanding of Forming and Framing
- Have some understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations
- Identify, resolve, or bring to supervisor’s attention building construction areas of concern.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, woodworking, concrete forming, concrete finishing, siding, and heavy equipment operation is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
- You must be reliable and punctual, self-motivated, and able to work well independently or within a team environment.
- You also must have good written and verbal communication skills, be able to work with customers, other trades people and suppliers.
- Work together to ensure job site is kept clean and tools are safely stored at end of day.
Our work is mostly located in White Rock, South Surrey, Langley, and other lower mainland areas. You will be required to have a valid driver's license, personal cell phone, have own transportation, and hand tools.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
