Okanagan Estate Wine Cellar, located at 1650 Marine Drive., is currently seeking an energetic wine enthusiast who loves working with people and creating a positive experience for others to join our team as a Wine Consultant.
Job Overview
As a Wine Consultant, you will deliver exceptional customer service by fostering customer loyalty, fulfilling customer needs, and actively contributing to an environment of employee and customer engagement.
What you'll need:
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Enjoys working in a team and able to work with minimal supervision
- Loves working in a clean and well-maintained workplace environment
- Flexibility; available to work various shifts (store hours are 9:30am - 9:15 pm).
- Serving It Right (SIR) (mandatory)
- Wine and Spirit Education Test (WSET) level 1 (preferred)
- Previous experience as a Wine Consultant or in similar capacity an asset
- Willingness to lean in and learn up
- Valid work authorization in Canada
