We are seeking a motivated Part Time Sales Associate to join our retail team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting products related to gardening, landscaping, and horticulture
- Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is organized and inviting
- Support landscape maintenance or gardening-related tasks as needed
- Manage e-commerce orders and assist with online product inquiries
- Provide product knowledge on gardening tools, plants, and related merchandise
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, and customer service best practices
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with organizational skills
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is advantageous
