Office Administrator

We are looking for an Office Administrator.

The Office Administrator is responsible for:

  • Assisting in developing an Annual Financial Plan
  • Help develop an Annual Administration Expense Plan
  • Prepare for Monthly Financial Statements
  • Performing Payroll functions
  • Generate Purchase Orders and transmitting these to suppliers
  • Schedule Deliveries and Customer Pick-ups
  • Inventory Receiving functions
  • Ensure all confirmations of Purchase Orders are recorded and our Point of Sales system is updated
  • Select work orders for billing
  • Set up new items into Inventory Master File
  • Order and receive service parts
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as required by the General Manager

Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience as a bookkeeper or administrator would be an asset
  • Attention to detail and financial skills are expected
  • Speed and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Organized
  • Outgoing and able to communicate with associates and customers
  • Friendly disposition and positive attitude
  • Team player
