Café Server/Barista – FARO
We are looking for a Café Server/Barista. Shifts will begin between 6 AM and 7 AM and will be five days per week, including both weekdays and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers of FARO with their food and beverage orders, including specialty coffee
- To be knowledgeable of all Hotel areas and activities and communicate and inspire both guest and staff engagement.
- Motivate and engage team members to consistently deliver the best possible service to guests.
- Resolve guest concerns/issues efficiently and courteously.
- Weekend availability is required.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a coffee shop or café an asset
- Sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience.
- Strong personal integrity with an innate desire to work in an ethical manner.
- Knowledge of Victoria and surrounding areas an asset
