Premier Turf Management is looking for a full-time entry-level General Labourer/Lawn Care Technician to join our growing team, immediately. If you enjoy working outdoors, interacting with customers, are looking for a physically challenging experience and can handle completing various cardiovascular tasks in a variety of weather/temperature settings, this is the opportunity for a beast like you!
We offer a guaranteed hourly wage of $22/h + commission. We provide paid training and licensing - no experience necessary. (Must be 19 for licensing)

- Generate commission through ‘truck sales’ by knocking on the door of a customers next-door neighbour to introduce our services.
- Analyze lawn conditions and provide suggestions to improve the lawn condition of existing clients and new prospects.
- Complete daily production schedule.
- Complete online timesheet and task tracking accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients.
- Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the assigned truck and equipment.
- Maintain a professional personal appearance.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
- Must be able to lift 25KG several times daily.
- Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Must have a valid G or G2 license.
