Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Journeyman Field Service Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this energetic role, you will perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems across various commercial and industrial sites. Your expertise will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality electrical solutions while supporting ongoing client projects and service calls. We are looking for somebody with the confidence to make clear, concise decisions that benefit the client as well as the company.
Responsibilities
- Respond to residential and commercial service calls
- Perform installation and maintenance of low voltage and power electrical systems using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct renovation work on existing electrical infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety standards and codes.
- Utilize handyman skills for minor repairs and troubleshooting across a variety of electrical systems.
- Follow all safety protocols during installation, repair, and maintenance activities to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver timely solutions that meet project specifications.
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain recommended solutions
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years as a Journeyman is preferred
- Hands-on experience with renovation projects involving complex electrical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and construction techniques for electrical installations
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to interpret technical documents accurately and work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
