About the Role:
We are seeking a highly disciplined, detail-oriented Site Supervisor for commercial and institutional renovations. You will be responsible for overseeing the renovation including new space creation, installation of high-complexity mechanical system, security upgrade , electrical/data, and finishing while strictly adhering to security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security Liaison: Manage daily security clearances, tool inventories, and escort scheduling for all sub-trades.
- Technical Oversight: Supervise the installation of all renovation and systems.
- Sub-Contractor Management: Coordinate workforce and sub-trades.
- Documentation: Maintain daily logs, look-ahead schedules.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Site Super on commercial or institutional jobs.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Communication: Exceptional "soft skills" and written reporting.
- JM Carpenter ticket.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
