David Allin Insurance Agency Ltd in Red Deer, Alberta is looking for a motivated, organized individual with a commitment to service excellence to be our Receptionist and Customer Service Representative.
This licensed position is responsible for the initial contact that customers have with our office. You will act as a customer liaison for payments, claims and underwriting follow-up for all personal lines of insurance. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting and developing agency operations through customer contact and sales activities. This is an in-office position.
You have strong skills in communication, organization, time management, customer service, decision making, and problem solving. You are comfortable in a technology dependent environment. You will achieve your Alberta Insurance Council General Insurance License through an Agency-supported training program within a period of two months of your hire date.
Your compensation will include a competitive base salary, commissions, bonuses, and benefits.
