Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the Centre for Spiritual Living Edmonton by helping coordinate administrative systems, communications, scheduling, and digital organization tools.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in office administration, volunteer coordination, and digital workflow systems.
Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare meeting notes and maintain accurate records
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence, forms, and reports
- Develop and maintain filing and organizational systems
- Update office policies, procedures, and contact lists
- Coordinate communication and workflow across teams using cloud-based systems
- Support and expand the organization’s use of Google Drive, Google Documents, and possibly Asana
- Assist in training volunteers on administrative systems and processes
- Perform additional administrative duties as required, in particular Church Teams.
- Data Entry into CRMs and Operational Administration Google Sheets.
- Work closely with Church Teams to expand the integration of this platform into operations of our Teams.

This position will report to the Project Manager: Melanie Wong
And will be supported by the Associate Spiritual Director: Ash Fuller Rubin
Pay: $15.00 per hour
