Scotiabank’s Cybersecurity Operations team is responsible for the detection of incidents, threats and the coordination of key programs that impact all divisions within the Cybersecurity Services area.
The Director, Data Discovery & Support oversees and coordinates key milestones and attributes for the global Cybersecurity Operations Data Discovery process. The director also supports key functions such as management of cyber incidents and programs managed by the team.

You love to collaborate with various business lines, IT support functions and IS&C Control functions.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
You possess advanced communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills in English. The same in Spanish is a strong asset.
You have 5+ years of hands-on technical working experience in management of threats and incidents
You have 5+ years of hands-on technical working experience with security controls/mechanisms.
You have used industry leading productivity tools to produce quantitative/qualitative reports; data flow diagrams & visual presentations.
Post-secondary education in Computer Science or in a related field.
Security certification(s) (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CRISC etc) would be an asset(s).
