Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Conduct routine commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal to maintain a pristine environment
- Ensure restrooms are sanitized regularly and stocked with necessary supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Assist with light facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or minor repairs to ensure safety and functionality
- Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or hazards
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition through proper use and regular inspections
- Report any facility issues or damages promptly to management for swift resolution
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services within commercial or institutional settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning standards, and basic facilities maintenance practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving cleaning equipment
