Overview of the opportunity:
We are seeking a versatile professional to join our National Supply Chain Advisory practice, with the ability to work on a variety of supply chain advisory matters, especially those that have a technology enablement (Demand and supply chain planning) component.

What you will do:
As a Senior Consultant in our Supply Chain Advisory team, and depending on the circumstances for which our services are called upon, professionals in this role can be responsible for:

Evaluating client performance gaps against leading practices
Developing targeted project plans for cost reduction and benefits realization
Supporting a client in the development of a strategy, and service delivery model that promotes integrated business planning and sales and operation planning principles
Supporting a client with business rules identification, software configuration, technology implementation of demand, supply, and inventory planning systems
Building and growing the Supply Chain practice: marketing, recruiting, thought leadership papers, etc.
Contribute with methods, scripts and methodologies to be leveraged by our broader team for future engagements
Business development: proposal development, marketing, presentations, etc.
Working cross-functionally within the Management Consulting practice
Identifying and creating learning opportunities for the broader practice
Developing and coaching others in achieving their full potential

What you bring to the role:
You will have a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with major in information technology, statistics/mathematics, or equivalent undergraduate degree, with related work experience. M. Sc. in a relevant discipline or MBA will be considered an asset. You will also have 3-5 years of Demand and/or supply planning. You have technical knowledge: JDA, SAP F&R and technology Enablement (System Integration/Implementation) experience. You have experience in performance improvement, process re-engineering, cost reduction, supply chain improvement and other transformation initiatives considered an asset. While not essential, experience as an internal or external business advisor will be considered a strong asset. Supply chain certifications are also considered an asset (ex.: CPIM, SCMP).
