Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a warm, professional manner
- Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately
- Prepare and serve Indian-inspired and classic cocktails/mocktails
- Explain menu items, including spice levels and popular recommendations
- Keep bar and dining area clean and organized
- Handle payments through POS system
- Communicate smoothly with kitchen and fellow staff
- Adhere to food safety and liquor laws
Requirements:
- Restaurant or bar experience preferred
- Smart Serve (or provincial equivalent) required
- Familiarity with Indian cuisine is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Punctual, reliable, and service-oriented
