To execute our menu in accordance with our service standards. Working with a team of cooks to maintain an organized and highly functional workspace.

This job entails the perfect candidate to learn and execute our menu in accordance with our service standards. You will be working closely with the Chef & Sous Chef creating daily specials, preparing fresh ingredients for cooking according to the recipes/menu, cook and prepare top quality menu items in a timely manner. For this role, the candidate must be able to test the foods to ensure proper quality and temperature, critically important to operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly, ensure the proper sanitization and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers. The right candidate will help Chef create and deliver new ideas for specials and menu items.
