Role Summary:
Chubb's Calgary & Waterloo branches requires a Fire Service Coordinator to support the administration of the Operations department.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and emails from internal & external customers
  • Issue and reconcile purchase orders
  • Schedule technician inspections, verifications, and service calls
  • Coordinate and close work orders with multiple stakeholders including subcontractors

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Educational /Technical Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary education in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Excel)
