Job Summary:
The Service Advisor is a customer service specialist who responds quickly and effectively to customer requests. You will be integral to the Service Department Team and in after-sale customer satisfaction.
The job:
- Be the liaison between customers and service technicians.
- Handle all customer and supplier interactions with professionalism.
- Create and maintain relationships with customers, including after-service follow up as well as answering any concerns they may have.
- Accurately document all processes and vehicle conditions.
- Ensure customers are aware of all services needed for their motorcycle.
The requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to thrive in stressful and time-sensitive situations.
- Valid Driver's License in good standing upon employment.
- Valid Motorcycle License in good standing upon employment.
- Previous experience, as a service writer or at a dealership, is an asset.
