About the Opportunity We are representing a boutique builder launching an exclusive 7-story luxury condominium project in the Bridle Path. We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Sales Representative to drive sales for this high-end development. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the luxury pre-construction market and is skilled at managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
Work Environment
- On-site Requirement: 4 days per week in our presentation centre/office. Increased flexibility with office hours will be provided following the initial hard launch period.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Respond to and qualify inbound leads promptly.
- Agent Outreach: Conduct targeted outreach to real estate agents and brokerages to build a referral network.
- Marketing & Strategy: Execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach high-net-worth buyers and investors.
- Presentations: Conduct professional product presentations for prospective buyers, investors, and cooperating agents.
- Sales Execution: Guide clients through the sales process, negotiate terms, and facilitate contract signings.
- Resale Conversion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to convert inbound project leads into traditional resale listing clients.
- CRM Management: Track all leads, communications, and sales metrics systematically.
Qualifications
- Active RECO real estate license in good standing.
- Proven experience in pre-construction condominium sales.
- History of successfully dealing with high-net-worth individuals and luxury real estate transactions.
- Understanding of the Toronto luxury real estate market.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team-based, commission-driven environment.
Compensation
- 100% Commission-based.
- Team Pool Structure: Commissions are team-based, ensuring you are compensated regardless of which team member closes the sale.
- Bonus Potential: Higher commission splits available for sales secured with non-represented (direct) buyers.
