Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Pipe Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in welding and fabrication, with experience in various welding techniques and tools. The Pipe Welder will be responsible for assembling and welding pipes according to specifications, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project requirements.
- Proficient in rotator work.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on various materials, including stainless and carbon steel
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment.
- Conduct rigging operations for lifting heavy materials using cranes and forklifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Pipe Welder or similar role in construction or manufacturing environments.
- Proficient in welding techniques and the use of welding equipment.
- Familiarity with machining processes and the use of calipers for precise measurements.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. .
