Route Driver – Portable Toilet Service Technician

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Route Driver to join our portable toilet service team. If you enjoy working independently, take pride in a job well done, and don’t mind getting your hands a little dirty, this role might be a perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
- Operate a company service truck to deliver, pick up, and service portable toilets on assigned routes
- Pump, clean, restock, and maintain units to company standards
- Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure smooth service
- Track inventory, report maintenance issues, and complete basic paperwork
- Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Strong time‑management skills and comfort working independently
- Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in keeping things clean and running smoothly
- Previous route driving or equipment service experience is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right person
