Please review below to see if this might be the right opportunity for you. This role is responsible for customer orders and ASN’s being sent on a time restricted basis. Quick decision making skills and correspondence will be beneficial in maintaining positive and productive relationships and keeping on task with customer requirements. The ability to respond effectively to time sensitive customer inquiries and to satisfy those requirements is essential in addition to operating and maintaining all programs, systems, and objectives as defined by the facility. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Ensure all shipments are made as per customer requirements considering date needed, shipping method and cost effectiveness are in consideration. -Maintenance of customer orders, contacts and working with production teams to ensure customer needs are met. -Analyze all customer releases for lead time, pricing, components, raw material and quantity validation and address any concerns or delinquencies with the customer as well as production team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Three years of postsecondary in related field or equivalent experience of three years in customer service and sales.
Experience in the manufacturing industry would be essential.
Experience in developing customer relationships and inquiries.
Knowledge of CMS and hydraulic hose and tube components is an asset.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail as well as accuracy are imperative
Possess knowledge of data processing, e-mail, fax, photo copy
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Excellent computer skills to include proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products (i.e. Excel and Word)

TRAVEL:
Minimal – Occasional customer visit may be required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This is a quiet office environment, but will require you to go out to the shop floor on occasion, which will require safety shoes and glasses. The temperature is always consistent in keeping the employees comfortable in the office.
