As Fidelis Law continues to grow, they are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, enhance community presence, and support business development objectives. Reporting to the Partners of the firm, the Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating campaigns, creating engaging content, and supporting the day-to-day marketing activities that promote the firm’s services and values.

What you’ll be doing:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and community engagement channels.
- Assist in establishing marketing plans and objectives that align with the firm’s business initiatives and growth strategies.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms, website updates, email communications, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate the development of advertising, promotional, and public-facing communications while maintaining brand consistency.
- Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate requests from internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytics reports to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Conduct market research and gather client insights to support outreach strategies, improve engagement, and generate qualified leads.
- Assist with planning and coordinating events, sponsorships, and community partnerships.
- Support the management and optimization of digital marketing platforms and online presence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute marketing projects and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing marketing efforts and recommend enhancements based on data and industry best practices.
What we are looking for:
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using marketing, analytics, and content management tools is considered an asset.
- A creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bilingualism in English and French is essential.
