Duties
- Assist job seekers in identifying suitable employment opportunities aligned with their skills and interests
- Conduct recruiting activities to connect candidates with potential employers
- Provide coaching on interview techniques and resume building to enhance candidate readiness
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops focused on skill development and career advancement
- Support candidates through the application process, including interview preparation and follow-up
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor market trends and employer needs to guide job seekers effectively
- Track progress of candidates and provide ongoing support to ensure successful employment outcomes
Experience
- Prior experience in recruiting, teaching, or career counseling is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to teach and motivate others
- Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidate suitability
- Background in training & development or related fields is advantageous
- Familiarity with employment laws, labor market trends, and workforce programs is a plus
