Duties

- Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen stations before, during, and after service
- Serve dishes promptly to ensure timely delivery to guests
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
- Follow all food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure quality standards are met
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, especially in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards within the food industry
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and culinary practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
