Aido Climate Solutions is Guelph’s premier, locally owned HVAC and Water Purification company. We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Installer with strong service, diagnostic, and installation skills to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain furnaces, A/C, heat pumps, and water heaters
- Install HVAC systems with attention to detail and code compliance
- Communicate clearly with customers, explain options, and provide recommendations
- Deliver excellent service and help customers improve comfort & efficiency
Qualifications
- 313D license (or equivalent) Preferred
- G2 Gas Technician (Minimum Requirement)
- Experience in residential service, repair, and installation
- Strong troubleshooting skills and customer-first attitude
- Valid driver’s license & clean record

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Licence/Certification:
- 313D Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic License (preferred)
- ODP License (preferred)
