Are you a driven leader ready to take the next step in restaurant management? We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for McDonald's Owen Sound, ON, to help lead daily operations, develop a strong team, and drive sales and profitability.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team (on floor) to deliver excellent guest service
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Recruit staff and assist in training and development of crew members
- Conduct performance reviews and set staff work schedules
- Implement operational procedures and organize/maintain inventory
- Address guest complaints and ensure a positive guest experience
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
- Review KPIs, adjust tactics to align with business needs, and communicate effectively to Shift Leaders and Crew
- Regularly set, review, and update performance expectations with Shift Leaders
- Drive sales and profitability through effective management
