Overview
Matrix HR is currently seeking an experienced Senior SAP HR Functional Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity with a leading organization in the Utilities and Energy sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, validating, and enabling SAP S/4HANA-based Human Resources processes that align business objectives with SAP standard capabilities. This role will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring HR solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with SAP best practices.
Contract Duration: July 2026 – March 2027
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize SAP S/4HANA HR business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into SAP solutions.
- Support end-to-end HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure SAP solutions align with clean-core principles and SAP standards.
- Provide expertise on integrations between SAP S/4HANA, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Fieldglass.
- Lead functional workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and support project and operational activities.
- Provide guidance on complex business and technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of SAP functional experience.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA HR solutions.
- Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Fieldglass integrations.
- Proven ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Pay: $140.00 per hour
