Zapshalla Rusnak Financial is one of Canada's top financial service providers based in Yorkton, SK. We are looking for an energetic administrative assistant to join our busy office.
This is an administrative assistant position and the successful candidate will provide support to our team of financial advisors and other support staff in both. This job requires you to think on your feet and be able to adapt to demands as they occur. We are a tight-knit office and thrive in a team-first atmosphere. You will be responsible for basic reception duties, scheduling appointments, filing and record keeping, writing emails, reports and official correspondence to clients. This job includes health and dental benefits.
Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have a High School diploma or equivalent. Previous office experience is preferred. Proficiency with programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel along with strong math and language skills would be considered an asset. Training on SunLife software will be provided. You must be organized and able to multi-task. You must be an independent worker, adept at problem solving and able to communicate/collaborate with the management team and other support personnel.
