Entry Level Staff Accountant
Position: Full Time
Compensation: $21 / hour + Benefits + CPA tuition coverage
Public practice CPA firm located in Surrey is looking for an entry-level junior staff accountant.
This position is ideally suited for a recent accounting major university/college graduate looking for diversified experience.
We offer training, relaxed office environment and few overtimes during tax seasons.
Duties:
Accounting
- Prepare year-end financial statements
- Prepare personal and corporate tax returns
- Prepare GST, PST filings, WCB, payroll remittances, ROE
- Prepare bookkeeping – manual and computerized (QuickBooks)
- Prepare invoices, financial summary, documents, and spreadsheets
- Perform other duties as required
Candidate:
- Computer proficiency, such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
