Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional care to clients. As a Massage Therapist, you will play a crucial role in promoting relaxation, relieving tension, and enhancing the overall well-being of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to meet individual client needs, such as Thai massage, therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and more. (at least 3 of the following)
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their specific concerns and preferences.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment options and aftercare recommendations.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming environment by maintaining the massage room and equipment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to provide a safe experience for clients.
Skills
- customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey treatment options and address client concerns.
- Proficiency in various massage techniques and an understanding of anatomy and physiology.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required
Requirements :
- Massage Therapist Certification
- able to work in office at least 2 days/week
- female candidates preferred
