Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sprayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces in accordance with project specifications. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of materials and techniques, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying caulking as needed.
- Operate spray equipment to apply paint and coatings evenly and efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality control throughout the spraying process.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, performing routine maintenance as necessary.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in other construction tasks as needed, including drywall installation and finishing.
Experience
- Proven experience in painting or spraying roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in the painting process.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications is essential.
- Experience with drywall installation or finishing techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
