Rocky Mountain Dodge is looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Lube Technician to join our growing Service Department.
We are seeking someone who already has hands-on automotive maintenance experience and understands the importance of quality workmanship, efficiency, and attention to detail. Perform oil and filter changes according to manufacturer and dealership standards

Complete tire rotations, fluid services, and routine maintenance inspections

Inspect vehicles for maintenance needs and communicate findings to the service team

Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely

Maintain proper documentation and repair order procedures

Move and stage vehicles safely throughout the dealership

Support shop productivity and assist with maintaining an organized work environment

Follow all dealership policies, safety procedures, and manufacturer requirements

Previous automotive maintenance experience is required

Experience performing oil changes, tire services, inspections, and routine maintenance

Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of basic vehicle systems

Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment

Strong work ethic, reliability, and professional attitude

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service department

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is an asset

Steel-toed footwear required

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous dealership experience considered an asset

Automotive training or apprenticeship experience considered an asset
