About the Role
Join us as Manager, SC Business Process, in our Supply Chain Logistics team, bring products from our distribution centres to nearly 2,500 grocery and pharmacy retail stores nationally, and ultimately the homes of millions of Canadians. Reporting to the Senior Manager Supply Chain Business Systems you will partner with various stakeholders to understand their operational process and reporting, defining requirements for a digital colleague experience in Supply Chain. What you’ll do
Leads system projects towards ensuring the functional design and delivered solutions meet user requirements
Create a national governance and prioritization process of projects along with the road map of enabling the colleague experience.
Review and assess business use case / processes for automation compatibility for successful results.
Ensures IT and Supply Chain system experts jointly build IT business requirement documents, functional designs and testing strategies
Provides regular updates to the business and governance groups on their respective projects, to support business decision making
Leads the maintenance of standardized business requirement documentation, business operational definitions, data identification and sourcing, educational and learning logistics and training material for all products related to their respective systems
Build a culture & community of automation and enablement, promoting collective learning and knowledge sharing among supply chain operations
What you’ll need
Post-secondary education equivalent to a university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science
Experience in Supply Chain a highly valued asset
Agile and Jira management
Knowledge of Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies and tools
Demonstrated ability to influence, effectively communicate ideas and develop positive relationships in all levels in the organizations
Strong presentation, facilitation, organizational and project management skills
Analytical and organization skills; committed to meeting deadlines and targets
Comfort working in a highly flexible environment
Strong technical and design skills
