We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious and hardworking framing Carpenters and Labourers with all-weather stamina to join our production crew immediately. This position requires heavy physical labor and the ability to maintain a fast, safe pace in extreme outdoor conditions year-round. Responsibilities
- Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate framing and structural work (Carpenters)
- Construct, install, and repair frameworks for Residential Projects using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
- Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting, moving materials, or other construction activities
- Install siding, perform restoration work, and execute carpentry tasks such as woodwork and framing
- Assist with finishing tasks to ensure smooth surfaces and proper curing
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely throughout the job site
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Work collaboratively with crew members to meet project deadlines
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and concrete forming techniques
- Strong knowledge of carpentry principles including framing, siding, woodworking, and restoration projects
- Experience operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and welding equipment
- Ability to interpret construction drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions
- Physical strength for heavy lifting and working in demanding outdoor environments (Physically Fit)
- Good understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Prior construction experience is preferred but not mandatory for Labourers
- Prior Framing experience is required for Carpenter positions
- Strong Work Ethics and Reliable Attendance
- Legally Authorized to Work in Canada
